Delete Customer Account
We regret that you want to delete your customer account at Lottohelden. You can delete your customer account in just a few steps. Please note the following:
Do you still have credit?
If you still have credit in your customer account, please pay it out before you close your account. In order to do so, please confirm that the current bank details in your customer account are correct and that you have completed your age verification. After this you can pay out your credit.
Note: Should your customer account have a negative credit balance, before deregistering please add sufficient funds under Payments.
Do you still have active tickets?
If you still have active tickets in your customer account, we ask you to wait until after the last participation and to pay out your winnings before you close your customer account. You can find your active tickets at any time in your customer account under Active tickets.
Note: Should you have an active subscription, you must first cancel the ticket before we can close your customer account.
I only want to cancel my subscription
In your customer account you can view and cancel your subscription any time under Active tickets. Please open the ticket details and click on “Cancel”.
We will confirm the cancellation through e-mail and also inform you when the participation of your ticket ends.

Please use your notification options to unsubscribe from the newsletter or to define which notifications you want to receive.
Please note that we are legally obliged to send you the ticket receipts and other important information.
Note: In individual cases it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to become active. It is therefore possible that you will still receive newsletters from us in the first few days after unsubscribing.
